Jazz on Film

Watch a Full-length film or documentary about jazz. Download the Jazz Movies and Documentaries document for a list of movies, or you may choose another film with the instructor’s approval. You can find your film from a service like Netflix, or from a local library. Is the film a documentary or a dramatic film based on historical events? Does the soundtrack use original recordings, or were new recording created for the soundtrack? Who are the director, the producer, and the main actors in the film?
